craftsmanship and timeless luxury. House of Amora is operated by Amora Fine Jewellery Trading FZCO, Trade License No. 50578, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
These Terms of Use, Terms of Sale and Customer Policies govern your access to and use of our website, products and services. By accessing the Platform or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
ABOUT HOUSE OF AMORA
House of Amora is a curated luxury jewellery marketplace that partners with approved
jewellery houses, designers and sellers to offer authentic fine jewellery to customers
across the GCC. When you place an order through the Platform, House of Amora acts as the merchant of record and is your contractual point of purchase.
PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY
Authenticity is at the heart of everything we do. Every item offered through House of
Amora is sourced from verified sellers and undergoes a rigorous onboarding and review process before being made available for sale.
Where applicable, products are accompanied by authenticity documentation, hallmark
certifications and gemstone certificates issued by internationally recognised
laboratories, including GIA, IGI, HRD, IDT and other equivalent certification bodies.
House of Amora maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards counterfeit, replica or
misrepresented products.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on the Platform are shown in the relevant local currency selected by the customer and may also be displayed in United States Dollars for convenience.
Payment can be completed through approved payment methods including major credit
and debit cards, Stripe, Tabby and Tamara.
While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, House of Amora reserves the right to correct any pricing, product or technical errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors. In such circumstances, customers will be notified and any payments received will be refunded.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
The placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase a product. Orders are
accepted only when House of Amora confirms dispatch of the relevant item. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where products become unavailable, where payment cannot be authorised, where fraud is suspected, or where compliance requirements have not been satisfied.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
House of Amora currently delivers across GCC countries through trusted logistics
partners including DHL Express. Delivery timeframes provided on the Platform are
estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, public
holidays and other operational factors outside our control.
For additional peace of mind, all eligible shipments are insured while in transit.
Responsibility for the product passes to the customer upon successful delivery and
acceptance of the order.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We understand that purchasing fine jewellery is a personal decision. Customers may
request a return within fourteen (14) days of receiving an eligible item, provided the
product remains unused, unworn and in its original condition with all packaging,
certificates and accompanying documentation intact.
Due to their bespoke nature, custom-made, engraved and personalised jewellery pieces cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, earrings are also non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Once a returned item has been inspected and approved, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
EXCHANGES
House of Amora does not currently offer exchanges. Customers wishing to purchase an alternative item are welcome to place a new order separately, subject to the applicable returns policy.
WARRANTY
Products sold through House of Amora are covered solely by the warranty provided by the original brand, manufacturer or seller where such warranty exists. Warranty coverage does not extend to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, loss, theft or repairs carried out by unauthorised third parties.
RESPONSIBLE SOURCING
House of Amora is committed to ethical business practices and expects all marketplace partners to maintain responsible sourcing standards. Sellers warrant that their products are sourced lawfully and responsibly and that they comply with all applicable regulations relating to conflict-free materials, labour practices and product authenticity.

To protect our customers, sellers and payment partners, House of Amora operates a
comprehensive fraud prevention and transaction monitoring programme.
