Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 28 September, 2026
1. About House of Amora
House of Amora is operated by Amora Fine Jewellery Trading FZCO, Trade License No. 50578, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
House of Amora is a curated luxury jewellery marketplace offering authentic fine jewellery from approved designers, jewellery houses, boutiques, and sellers. For purchases made through our website, House of Amora acts as the merchant of record and is your contractual point of purchase.
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the House of Amora website, products, services, and customer care channels.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy and Cookie Policy, Payment Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, and Return Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use our website or place an order.
3. Eligibility
The House of Amora website, accounts, checkout, and services are intended solely for adults aged 18 and above.
House of Amora may offer jewellery and gifts intended for babies and children. However, all purchases, account creation, enquiries, and submissions of personal information must be made by a parent, legal guardian, or other authorised adult.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.
You must provide complete, accurate, and current information when creating an account or placing an order. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
House of Amora may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, misuse, inaccurate information, unauthorised activity, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Product Authenticity and Information
Every item offered by House of Amora is sourced from approved designers, jewellery houses, boutiques, or sellers and is subject to our review process.
Where applicable, products may include certificates, hallmarks, authenticity documentation, or gemstone reports from recognised laboratories.
We aim to display product descriptions, photography, dimensions, materials, availability, and pricing accurately. Fine jewellery may be handcrafted and gemstones are natural. Minor variations in colour, tone, texture, weight, size, setting, finish, or appearance may occur and are not manufacturing defects.
Colours may appear differently depending on your screen, device, browser, settings, or lighting conditions.
6. Pricing and Availability
All payments are invoiced in AED, United Arab Emirates Dirhams.
Product prices, delivery charges, customs duties, taxes, and other applicable charges are shown on the website or at checkout. The final amount payable is the amount displayed before you submit your order.
We may correct a pricing, product, inventory, availability, or technical error. If an error affects your order, we may cancel it and notify you. Any payment received for a cancelled order will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the relevant payment provider process.
Products are subject to availability. House of Amora may limit quantities, decline orders, or remove products from the website where reasonably necessary.
7. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. It does not constitute acceptance by House of Amora.
Your order is accepted only when House of Amora confirms dispatch.
We may decline, delay, suspend, or cancel an order if:
- The item is unavailable.
- Payment cannot be authorised.
- Fraud, unauthorised activity, sanctions concerns, or compliance risks are suspected.
- Required identity, payment, or delivery verification is incomplete.
- A pricing, product, inventory, or technical error has occurred.
- The order appears to be placed for unauthorised resale or commercial distribution.
We may request additional information before accepting or dispatching an order, particularly for high value purchases.
8. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Accepted payment methods may include Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and Diners Club, subject to availability at checkout.
Your payment method may be authorised for the order value before your order is accepted for dispatch. Where required, you may be asked to complete additional authentication through your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
If your payment method is issued in a currency other than AED, your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or service charges. These charges are outside House of Amora’s control.
9. Shipping and Delivery
House of Amora ships internationally to destinations served by our approved courier network.
Depending on destination and order value, we may use DHL, FedEx, Ferrari Group, or another approved courier. Eligible orders are insured while in transit until successful delivery.
For eligible UAE orders, House of Amora may offer White Glove Delivery, including personal handover, appointment delivery, identity verification, and signature confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates only. They may vary due to handcrafted production, designer availability, customs procedures, courier operations, public holidays, or events outside our reasonable control.
All applicable shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are calculated and paid at checkout. No additional delivery, customs, or clearance charges are payable on arrival where these costs have been collected at checkout.
10. Delivery Acceptance
Please inspect your parcel before accepting delivery.
If a parcel appears opened, damaged, resealed, tampered with, or incomplete, please refuse delivery where possible and contact care@houseofamora.com immediately.
To support a claim involving package damage, tampering, missing contents, or an incorrect item, customers should record a continuous unboxing video showing the unopened parcel, shipping label, packaging condition, opening process, and item received.
House of Amora is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or unauthorised access after a parcel has been successfully delivered and accepted at the address provided by the customer.
11. Returns, Defects, and E Shop Credit
All House of Amora purchases are final sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or E Shop Credit for change of mind purchases.
If you believe an item has a manufacturing defect, you must contact care@houseofamora.com within 24 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photographs or video.
All reported defects are subject to inspection and verification by House of Amora and, where applicable, the relevant designer or jewellery house. Do not return, alter, resize, clean, or repair an item unless instructed in writing by House of Amora.
Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, House of Amora will seek to offer a replacement of the same piece, subject to availability. In rare cases where a return is authorised and a replacement is unavailable, House of Amora may issue E Shop Credit for the approved value.
E Shop Credit is redeemable exclusively on the House of Amora website, valid for 30 days from the date of issue, non transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Nothing in this section limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Warranty and Jewellery Care
Any warranty is provided solely by the original designer, manufacturer, jewellery house, or seller, where a warranty is offered.
Warranty coverage does not include normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, loss, theft, improper storage, damage caused by water, chemicals, fragrance, cosmetics, impact, or work performed by an unauthorised third party.
Please follow the jewellery care guidance provided with your piece.
13. E Gift Cards and Promotional Codes
E Gift Cards, E Shop Credit, and promotional codes may be used only in accordance with their stated terms and at checkout.
They are non transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and may be suspended or cancelled if we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or unauthorised activity.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes a liability, obligation, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to the preceding sentence and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- No Protected Party will have personal liability to you for any claim arising from the website, an order, a product, delivery, payment, customer service interaction, or these Terms and Conditions.
- You agree that any claim relating to a House of Amora purchase must be directed only to Amora Fine Jewellery Trading FZCO and not to any director, officer, employee, designer, jewellery house, boutique, seller, supplier, courier, insurer, payment provider, or other Protected Party.
- The website, content, products, services, and third party services are provided on an available basis. House of Amora makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee except where expressly stated in writing or required by applicable law.

- If a court determines that liability cannot lawfully be excluded, the total aggregate liability of all Protected Parties together will not exceed the amount actually paid by you to House of Amora for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
- This is a single aggregate limit. It does not apply separately to each Protected Party, claim, event, or legal theory.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release the Protected Parties from claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the website, an order, delivery, a product, a third party service, or these Terms and Conditions.

- Your violation of another person’s rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or data protection rights.
- A dispute arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information supplied by you.
- Your failure to comply with applicable import, customs, sanctions, or local legal requirements.
These obligations survive the completion, cancellation, termination, or expiry of an order, account, or relationship with House of Amora.
22. Force Majeure
House of Amora and the Protected Parties will not be liable for a delay, failure, loss, or inability to perform caused by events outside their reasonable control.
